Dick Norton CLU, CFP, RFC

In a variety of ways, Dick Norton has been involved in financial services for fifty years - as a financial planner, a securities broker/dealer, a life insurance general agent, and as a real estate broker and property manager and developer. He serves as a director of a Life Insurance Company. As a member of SCORE, Dick is heavily involved in teaching capital formation and owner/manager workshops for small businesses. For many years he has been involved in presenting consumer financial education courses and seminars, as well as presenting public and corporate sponsored workshops. Dick is the CEO of Planners Securities Network Corporation, a securities broker/dealer and the founder of First Financial Education Centre, a U.S. 501(c)(3) non-profit education charity.

Gregory Gibson

After a successful career as a lawyer and entrepreneur, Greg is currently the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the BYUH School of Business. He earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1978. His entrepreneurial activities included ownership of a securities broker dealership and several startup public ventures. He was a founder and vice president - legal of Penneco Energy Inc. which was acquired by Marathon Oil. He joined the BYUH faculty in 2002. Greg Gibson is the Director of the BYU-Hawaii Center for Entrepreneurship.

Craig M. Allen

Craig Allen returned to academe in 2003 after serving 21 years as an investment banker and as the founder of several finance-related and high-tech companies. Among these companies were Export Trade Limited, which provided approximately $350 million of financing for emerging market exporters; and Delphi Structured Finance Corp., a “boutique” securitization firm that completed approximately $7 billion in financing transactions world wide. Dr. received his Doctorate in the area of Decision Making Under Uncertainty from Arizona State University (a program involving the Psychology, the Mathematics and the Engineering Departments), a Master of Arts degree in Mathematics (with emphasis in Probability, Statistics and Operations Research) and a Master of Science degree in Psychology (with emphasis in the Experimental Analysis of Behavior) from the same institution. Dr. Allen's Bachelors degree was earned at Brigham Young University, Provo in the area of Psychology, with a minor in Spanish. Dr. Allen was previously on the faculty of the University of Texas at Dallas, Parkland Hospital Campus.
